 Dear imodelit users:
We would like to thank all our customers for their continuous usage of imodelit library. Tracking site statistics and applets run give us confident of the value of the work we do.
EngNet is moving ahead with its original mission of creating a strong community for scientific modeling. In doing so, be prepared that in few week you will start enjoying more features on the site, though, we believe that no community could be successful without active participation of its members.

New features will be:

  1. All applets will continue to be free, but users will be asked to make registration and log in to use any applet. This will help us to communicate with our users, give promotions for active participants, and deliver better service.
  2. We are giving away EngNet Know-how of applet design. We are launching EngNet Scientific Developing Kit (ESDK). It is a development environment where all members of scientific community will be able now to easily create scientific java applet using EngNet applet interface, features, and capabilities. With its strong GUI, users will be able to easily define their input parameters without writing any Java code. Members of the scientific community will have only to concentrate on the scientific model itself that they have to write themselves. Creating a scientific applet can not be easier from now on.
  3. We are introducing a point system to ensure active society building. Users will earn points during registration, referring new users, uploading open source codes, and creating applets using ESDK. Users will use these points to run applets, or download others codes. This to ensure that the society is building in an effective way.

We encourage all users to share their scientific codes in the shareware section. This is the only way we can guarantee a fast scientific development, effective feedback, advancement in our research and innovation.

Finally, we would like to stress that www.imodelit.com is a scientific library not only for electrical engineering. We expand our domain to other branches of science where a scientific model exists; either in physics, astronomy, mathematics, or any other field.

Looking forward to receive your comment on these coming changes at info@imodelit.com.
